KPN International has migrated the Network Performance Monitor from InfoVista to Smart Reporting, powered by NetQoS. Therefore direct access to the InfoVista network performance monitor is not available anymore.

 

To gain access to Smart Reporting, please use the KPN Care Portal. The KPN Care portal offers you access to, besides Smart Reporting, valuable information about your KPN International services. If you do not have access to the KPNCare portal yet, please request an account via the link under the login.
